- Sausalito regulations require 29 night minimum stay.
- Children minimum age 12, for safety reasons.
- We love animals, but due to family members’ severe allergies, we sadly cannot host animals of any type.
- Day use is available for production, photo shoots, and special events with a 4-hour minimum.

Eco-friendly, fully appointed gas-free kitchen provides everything needed for home-cooked meals for one or two people. Enjoy on the custom dining table that wraps around the sofa so you may dine while enjoying views of the Marin Headlands and Pacific Ocean. Or, opt for “room service” via several delivery apps that pick up from a variety of local restaurants
The most elegant tree house imaginable. It felt like floating in paradise. Roxie and John made us so welcome and comfortable, we could have stayed forever.

We live onsite & are available from 8am – 9pm for any questions, and after-hours for emergencies. If our schedules align, we love showing people our favorite hiking trails! We completely respect your privacy and will make ourselves scarce unless you reach out for interaction :) We will pick up your trash on Wednesday evenings from the outside can. Our house cleaner will be there every two weeks, more frequently on request at guest expense.
